Our Commitment to a Safe, Respectful, and Inclusive Workplace

At Abhibhasya, the safety, respect, and well-being of our employees is paramount. We are committed to fostering an inclusive work environment where every individual, particularly our women colleagues, feels valued, respected, and secure. We firmly believe that a workplace free from harassment is fundamental to productivity, innovation, and the overall success of our organization.

Your Internal Complaints Committee (ICC): Your Point of Contact

In adherence to the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act), Abhibhasya has established an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) within our organization responsible for addressing any complaints related to sexual harassment against women at workplace.

The ICC’s responsibilities include:

  • Receiving complaints of sexual harassment;
  • Conducting inquiries in a fair, confidential, and timely manner;
  • Providing recommendations to the management based on the findings of the inquiry;
  • Ensuring support and guidance to the complainant throughout the process;
  • Promoting awareness about the POSH policy and related issues within the organization.

How to File a Complaint

Any employee, who believes they have been subjected to sexual harassment or witnessed sexual harassment, can file a complaint with any member of the ICC. The complaint can be submitted in writing or via email to the respective ICC member’s email ID provided above. The ICC will provide support and guidance throughout the complaint process. Your concerns will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and seriousness.
